新生儿四肢静脉留置针两种固定方法效果比较研究

目的 :探讨新生儿四肢静脉留置针固定方法 ,延长留置时间 ,减少反复穿刺的痛苦。方法 :将 12 6例新生儿随机分成两组 ,分别采用改进固定方法和常规固定方法。结果 :两组新生儿四肢静脉留置时间经t检验有统计学意义 (t =4.0 15 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :改进固定方法能延长新生儿留置针的留置时间 ,减少新生儿多次静脉穿刺的痛苦 ,减轻护士的工作量

A Comparative Study on Two Different Ways of Limb Vein Indwelling Trocar Fixation in Newborns

Objective: to probe into the fixation method of limb venous indwelling trocar in neonates, to keep a longer retaining time, and to mitigate the sufferings of repeated venous punctures. Method: a total of 126 neonates were divided into two groups. Neonates of test group were adopted the revised way of fixation. While newborns of control group were used the traditional way to fix the venous indwelling trocar. Results: in terms of the retaining time, there is statistical significance between the two groups (t=4.015, P<0.01). Conclusion: the revised way of fixation may prolong the retaining time of indwelling trocar. It may mitigate the sufferings due to repeated punctures and lighten the working loading of nurses as well.
