家兔发热时不同脑区组织腺苷酸环化酶和丘脑下部磷酸二醋酶活性的变化

摘    要:用封闭群大耳白家兔16只,随机分为对照组和发热组。对照组测量动物的基础体温,不注射内毒素(ET),发热组动物I.V.ET后80min体温明显升高。给ET后80min处死动物。动物发热时丘脑下部组织AC和PDE的活性均增强,与对照组动物比较差异均非常显著(P<0.001),发热组动物脑干AC活性虽有增强趋势但统计学意义,发热组动物脑皮质AC活性减弱与对照组动物比较差异非常显著(P<0.01),作者推论:家兔ET性发热是由于丘脑下部AC活性增强使cAMP产生增加所致。

Abstract:Sixteen white big ear rabbits were divided into 2 groups at random: the controlled group (CG) and the fever one (FG). Basic temperature of all the animals were measured, but endotoxin was not given in CG. Endotoxin (ET)was injected i. v. in PG. Eighty min afterwards, body temperature in FG evidently rose, and then the animals were killed. Both the activity of adenyl cyclase AC) in different brain regions and phospho-diesterase (PDE) in the hypothalamus were increased during fever. When compared with CG, the difference in AC and PDE showed statistical significance (P<0. 001). AC activity in the cerebral cortex was decreased in FG, and the difference was of statistical significance when compared with CG (P<0. 01). The authors infer that increase in the activity of AC in hypothalamus results in an increase in cAMP, and the latter in turn arouses a rise in the body temperature.
