| Abstract: | Significance of hospital patient communication was presented. The difference of value, economic, social, information and benefit between hospital and patient were analyzed. suggestions of improving hospital patient communication such as changing communication conception, enough communication path, smoothing communication environment, promoting communication skill and strengthening communication management. |
