| 摘 要： | 目的：总结肠瘘患临床治疗的护理经验。方法：为肠瘘患34例充分引流，控制感染，联合应用肠内、肠外营养支持，选择性应用生长抑素、生长激素治疗，并予以有效的护理。结果：34例住院时间48～120d，平均90d，治愈26例，治愈率76．4％。结论：经精心治疗与护理，提高了患生活质量，缩短了住院时间，取得了满意的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of treatment and nurse the patients with intestinal fistula.Method:34 cases intestinal fistula were treated by sufficient drainage,controling infection,applying TPN and EN,applying growth hormone and growth inhibiting hormone selectively and providing effective nursing.Result:34 cases were hospitalized from 48 to 120 days.The average duration was 90 days,26 cases were cured.The cure rate was 76.4%.Conclusion:The patients' living quality is improved and the hospitalization duration are shortened.The cure effect is satisfactory. |
