334例颈椎片X线表现分析

目的探讨颈椎病早期X线表现,并分析相关因素。方法回顾性研究2004年至2006年3月共334例有临床症状疑似颈椎病进行颈椎拍片的病例。结果颈椎生理曲度改变与侧弯是最早出现也是最常见的颈椎病影像学表现,颈椎骨质增生、椎间隙狭窄与颈椎旋转的X线表现出现略晚。颈椎生理曲度改变、侧弯及颈段旋转的颈椎病表现,只能在颈部X线片上完全显示出来。结论颈椎病在X线片上的早期改变及诊断的价值,是目前CT、MRI不可替代的诊断指标。

X-ray analysis of cervical spine in 334 patients

Objective To discuss imaging manifestations cervical spondylosis at early stage and analyze the correlated factors.Methods Data of 334 patients with clinical symptoms and diagnosed cervical spondylosis who were examined with the X-ray of cervical vertebra from 2004 to Mar.2006 were retrospectively investigated.Results The change of the physiological curve and the scoliosis in cervical vertebra were the first and the most common imaging manifestations of cervical spondylosis.Hyperostosis,intervertebral stenosis and lateral bending in cervical vertebra were late imaging manifestations in cervical spondylosis.The change of physiological curve,scoliosis and lateral bending in cervical vertebra can only be shown in X-ray of cervical vertebra.Conclusion The imaging manifestations and the diagnostic value in the X-ray of cervical spondylosis at early stage cannot be replaced by CT and MR.
