| 摘 要： | 从云南省大理县分得的一株褐产色小单孢菌,孢子层呈橄榄绿色,在酪氨酸琼脂上能产生褐色素,孢子表面有棘刺状突起,分类学鉴别它为小单孢菌属的一株新种。其主要发酵产物经提取、精制和微生物、理化特性、耐药谱及波谱学研究证明为西索米星。

| Abstract: | Micromonospora 465 was isolated from the soil of Dali County, Yunnan Province in 1983. One of the water soluble basic antibiotics from the broth was proved identical with sisomicin. The strain was different from all the reported sisomicin-producing strains by the olive-green, spore-layer and different from all the Micromonospora sp. producing olive-green spore-layer by the brown pigment formation and the echino-spinelike spore surface. The strain was named as Micromonospora bruneuchromogenes. |
