音乐疗法联合护理干预对381名择期手术患者家属焦虑的影响

目的:探讨音乐疗法联合护理干预对381名择期手术患者家属焦虑的影响,为积极促进家属心理健康提供科学参考依据。方法:随机抽取680名择期手术患者家属,采用焦虑自评量表筛查出381名有焦虑症状者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和干预组,对干预组实施音乐疗法联合护理干预,对照组采取常规护理,手术前后均采用焦虑自评量表进行调查。结果:1381名家属SAS得分为(60.16±6.92),高于中国常模(t=85.700,P0.01);2干预后,209名家属处于焦虑状态,无焦虑的患者家属增加了45.15%,轻度、中度、重度焦虑的患者家属分别减少了12.87%,17.58%和14.7%;与对照组相比,干预组SAS得分较低(t=6.965,P0.001)。结论:与中国常模比较,择期手术患者家属焦虑程度较高,音乐疗法联合护理干预能有效缓解择期手术患者家属焦虑情绪。

Effect of Music Therapy Combined with Nursing Intervention on Anxiety of 381 Families of the Optional Surgery Patients

Objective:To observe the effect of music therapy combined with nursing intervention on anxiety of 381 families of the optional surgery patients ,and provide scientific base for us to play a positive role on families’ mental health .Methods:A total of 680 families of the optional surgery patient were selected by random method ,381 anxiety families screened out with Self -rating Anxiety Scale .Anxiety families were randomly divided into two groups ,music therapy combined with nursing intervention were implemented in the intervention group ,and the control group re‐ceived routine treatment .Before and after the operations ,Self -rating Anxiety Scale was used to compare the changes of the families’ anxiety .Results:①The anxiety score of 381families was (60 1.6 ± 6 9.2) ,the families got more marks than the Chinese norm (t= 85 .700 ,P< 0 .01);② After the intervention ,209 families had anxieties ,no anxiety in‐creased by 45 1.5% ,mild ,moderate ,and severe anxiety decreased by 12 .87% ,17 .58% and 14 .7% ;Compared with the control group ,the anxiety level of the intervention group decreased(t=6 9.65 ,P<0 0.01) .Conclusion:The fami‐lies’ anxiety is higher than the Chinese norm .Music therapy combined with nursing intervention can effectively alle‐viate families’ anxiety .
