椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的初期疗效观察

目的：探讨椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及手术技巧。方法我院2014年01月—2014年04月收治腰椎间盘突出症患者47例,其中男性27例,女性20例,均采用椎间孔镜技术治疗。术后采用疼痛视觉模拟评分、功能障碍指数及影像学检查等评定方法,评价其临床疗效。结果手术均顺利完成,均无硬脊膜撕裂和神经根损伤等并发症出现,手术时间80~105 min,平均(92±6)min,术后卧床时间1 d,随访时间3个月,手术前、后 VAS 评分差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)；术前及术后 ODI 评分差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论经皮椎间孔镜技术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全、有效的微创手术方法,具有创伤小、恢复快及出血少等优点。

Primary clinical outcome of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic lumbar discectomy for lumbar disc herniation

Objective To investigate the intervertebral foramen mirror (TESSYS)treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical efficacy and surgical techniques.Methods 2014.01-2014.04 were treated 47 patients with lumbar disc herniation,are used fo-raminal mirror (TESSYS)technology treatment,27 males and 20 females.Postoperative pain using a visual analog scale (VAS),Oswestry Disability Index (ODI)and radiographic examination and other assessment methods to evaluate its clinical ef-ficacy.Results The operations were successfully completed,no dural tear and nerve root injury complications,operative time 80~ 105 min,mean (92±6)min,postoperative time in bed one day,three-month follow-up period,before the surgery,after VAS scores were significantly different (P <0.05 ):preoperative and postoperative ODI score differences (P < 0.05 )statistically. Conclusion Percutaneous transforaminal mirror technology is the treatment of lumbar disc herniation safe and effective mini-mally invasive surgical techniques,with less trauma,less bleeding,faster recovery and so on.
