| 摘 要： | 目的:探究医学生时间管理倾向和心理健康的关系。方法:采用问卷调查法,向395名医学生发放时间管理倾向量表和症状自评量表调查收集数据。结果:1高低时间管理倾向组在心理健康上的躯体化(t=2.332,P0.05)因子上得分存在显著差异;2医学生时间管理倾向与心理健康存在显著负相关关系;3时间监控感对心理健康的预测力最强(β=0.260,F=5.641,P=0.018)。结论:回归分析表明,时间管理倾向是心理健康的重要预测变量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the relationship between medical students'time management disposition and men‐tal health .Methods:Using questionnaire survey ,issue was conducted among 395 students with time management dis‐position scale and SCL -90 mental health questionnaire survey to collect data .Results:① There was significant differences in somatization (t=2 3.32 ,P<0 0.5)between high and low time management disposition groups .②Medi‐cal students'time management disposition was significantly negative correlation with mental health .③Sense of time monitoring had the strongest predictive power on mental health(β=0 2.60 ,F=5 6.41 ,P=0 0.18) .Conclusion:Time management disposition is an important predictor variable of mental health . |
