警察院校教师职业倦怠及心理健康状况

目的:深入研究新疆地区警察院校教师职业倦怠及心理健康状况,为克服警察院校教师职业倦怠,提高其心理健康水平,开展有针对性的心理服务提供科学的依据。方法:按照简单随机抽样的方法,采用MBI-GS工作倦怠量表、SCL-90量表分别对警察院校教师进行测试。结果:警察院校不同性别、族别、文化程度的教师在职业倦怠上不存在差异;已婚教师(t=-4.04,P0.001)、41岁以上的教师(F=10.64,P0.001)在玩世不恭因子上有差异;工作年限在11~15年的教师在玩世不恭(F=10.04,P0.001)和成就感低落(F=6.32,P0.001)两个因子上有差异;在心理健康方面,不同性别、族别、文化程度、婚姻状况、年龄、工作年限的教师心理健康水平存在差异,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:婚姻、年龄、工作年限都是警察院校教师职业倦怠的影响因素,职业倦怠中的成就感低落因子与SCL-90的总均分、躯体化、人际关系敏感、敌对和恐怖因子呈正相关。建议在心理服务中应特别关注男性、汉族、未婚、本科、30岁以下、工作年限在11~15年的教师。

The Police Colleges and Universities Teachers'Job Burnout and Mental Health

Objective:To further study Xinjiang region police colleges and universities teachers'job burnout and mental health ,in order to overcome the police colleges and universities teachers'job burnout ,improve their psycho‐logical health level ,carry out targeted psychological services to provide scientific basis .Methods:According to the simple random sampling method ,MBI-GS job burnout scale ,and SCL -90 scale were tested on teachers in police colleges and universities in Xinjiang .Results:There were no differences in job burnout between different sex ,nation , cultural degree of teachers;The married teachers (t=4 0.4 ,P<0 0.01) ,over the age of 41 teachers (F=10 6.4 ,P<0 0.01)had differences in cynicism factor;Working years in 11 to 15 years of teachers in cynicism (F=10 0.4 ,P<0 0.01)and low sense of achievement (F=6 3.2 ,P<0 0.01)had differences ;In psychological health ,there were differ‐ences in mental health between gender ,nation ,cultural degree ,marital status ,age ,working years (P<0 0.5) .Conclu‐sion:Marriage ,age ,working years are the influencing factors of police colleges and universities teachers'job burnout , and low sense of achievement is positively related with the mental health ,somatic ,interpersonal sensitivity ,hostility and terror .We Suggest the teacher with 11-15 teaching experience who are male ,Han ,unmarried ,less than 30 years old should pay special attention .
