全胸腔镜肺叶切除术125例手术体会及并发症分析

目的：总结应用全电视胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗肺部肿瘤的临床经验，探讨其临床应用价值。方法回顾并分析我科自2010年5月至2014年5月间应用全电视胸腔镜完成的肺叶切除的患者共125例，对手术时间、淋巴结清扫数目、术后并发症、术后住院时间等进行分析。结果全胸腔镜组患者围术期死亡病例1例；在手术时间、术中失血量、淋巴结清扫数目、术后并发症等方面与文献报道无明显差异；全胸腔镜手术患者术后切口疼痛程度轻，术后住院时间短。结论全胸腔镜手术治疗肺部肿瘤安全、可靠，患者手术创伤小、恢复快。

Clinical analysis and postoperative complication of 125 cases treated with complete video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy

Objective To investigate the clinical value of the complete video-assisted thoracoscopic (VATS)lobectomy by summarizing the clinical experience of the treatment of lung tumor.Methods We retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 125 patients who underwent complete VATS lobectomy from 2010 May to 2014 May in our department.We analyzed the operation time,number of lymph node dissected,postoperative complications,postoperative hospital stay.Results One patients of the thoracoscope group died during the perioperative period;There was no significant differences with literature reported in opera-tion time,intraoperative blood loss,number of lymph node cleaning and postoperative complications;Patients who underwent complete VATS lobectomy experienced less incision pain with shorter hospitalization time after surgery.Conclusions Complete video-assisted thoracoscopic(VATS)lobectomy is a safe and reliable procedure for lung surgery.It's adventages include less in-jury,mild postoperative pain,and faster procedure recovery.
