23例大疱性类天疱疮回顾性临床分析

目的：总结大疱性类天疱疮的临床特点及治疗经验。方法回顾性分析2013年4月至2014年4月在我院皮肤科住院治疗的23例大疱性类天疱疮患者入院时的一般情况、实验室检查及临床疗效。结果轻、中度患者激素控制剂量(以泼尼松为标准量)分别为0.72±0.11 mg/kg·d、1.35±0.40 mg/kg·d,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01)。无粘膜受累组与粘膜受累组患者激素控制剂量分别为1.38±0.45 mg/kg·d、2.01±0.37 mg/kg·d,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论大疱性类天疱疮患者的激素治疗不良反应发生率高,应权衡利弊,以获得最佳收益。

Retrospective clinical analysis of 23 patients with bullous pemphigoid

Objective To summarize the clinical features and effective treatment for bullous pemphigoid.Methods To retro-spectively analyze the clinical data of 23 cases with bullous pemphigoid from April 2013 to April 2014 in department of derma-tology,Binzhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital.Results The dose of corticosteroids was 0.72 ±0.1 1 mg/kg· d and 1.35±0.40 mg/kg·d based on baseline affected BSA of less than 30%,30%~50%,respectively.The dose of corticosteroids was 1.38±0.45 mg/kg·d and 2.01±0.37 mg/kg·d,based on whether the mucosal lesions occurred(P <0.01).Conclusion The hormonotherapy has a higher rate of adverse reaction,so we should choose a proper treatment for the patients with bul-lous pemphigoid to get the best returns.
