油基钻井液对油气层保护效果室内研究

摘    要:对塔里木油田同区块、同层位、同井次的现场不同油基钻井液和水基钻井液油层保护效果进行了研究, 分 别对室内配制的加入相同加重剂、相同的表面活性剂、相同的油层保护材料的油基钻井液和水基钻井液的储层保护效果 进行了对比, 并对油基钻井液伤害储层原因进行了分析。研究表明, 油基钻井液在储层保护效果上没有绝对的优势, 与 水基钻井液相比对储层伤害要小一些。

Abstract:The authors studied the effect of oil reservoir protection by different oil-based and water-based drilling fluids in the same block, the same horizon, and the same well-time in the Tarim Oilfield, and compared the effectof reservoir protection by the two kinds of drilling fluids that were prepared indoor and added by the same weightingmaterials, the same surfactant, and the same protective materials of oil reservoirs. They analyzed the reasons of thereservoir damage by oil-based drilling fluid. Research results show that oil-based drilling fluid has no absoluteadvantage in the reservoir protection effect, and only has less damage to the reservoirs compared with the water-based one.
