摘    要:  目的:利用一测多评法建立假马齿苋中间体中5种三萜皂苷类成分的高效液相色谱分析方法。  方法:以BacopasideⅠ为内参物,建立Bacoside A3、BacopasideⅡ、Bacopasaponin C isomer、Bacopasaponin C的相对校正因子,从而计算各成分含量,并将一测多评结果与外标法实测值用相对误差评价,验证一测多评法的准确性。  结果:BacopasideⅠ与Bacoside A3、BacopasideⅡ、Bacopasaponin C isomer、Bacopasaponin C的相对校正因子分别为0.980、0.747、1.046、0.836,一测多评法计算结果与外标法无显著差异,相对误差小于5%。  结论:该方法准确可靠,简便可行,可作为假马齿苋中间体多指标成分测定质量控制方法。
