非球面衍射型多焦点人工晶状体的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察非球面衍射型多焦点人工晶状体的临床效果。方法 对植入非球面衍射型多焦点人工晶状体(Tecnis multifocal,Tecnis MF)患者24例(46眼)、单焦点人工晶状体(Sensar)患者23例(45眼)进行研究。术后3个月,观察两组患者非矫正远、近视力。矫正后的远、近视力,脱镜情况,暗光下非矫正远、近视力,主观眩晕感和畏光感等情况,并进行统计学分析:结果两组患者非矫正近视力差异有统计学意义,非矫正远视力差异无统计学意义,矫正后的远、近视力差异无统计学意义。Tecnis MF组脱镜率为87.5%,Sensar组为21.74%。两组暗光下裸眼远、近视力有差异,而主观眩晕感和畏光感差异无统计学意义。结论Tec-nis MF人工晶状体的适应证广泛,植入Tecnis MF人工晶状体可以获得较好的非矫正近视力,同时也可获得较好的功能性视力。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of an aspheric multifocal intraocular lens (IOL) (Tecnis multifocal, Tecnis MF). Methods Forty-seven patients (91 eyes) underwent phacoemulsification through a clear corneal incision combined with Teenis MF intraocular lens implantation. Twenty-three patients (45 eyes) with monofocal IOL (Sensar) were taken as a control group. Postoperative UCDVA and UCNVA, spectacle independence, functional distance and near vision in the dark, and subjective perception were observed and measured. Results Both UCDVA and subjective perception of the two groups were compared. There was no significant difference between the two groups at 3 months postoperatively. The patients with Tecnis MF implants could attain better UCNVA, spectacle independence, and functional vision than the Sensar group. Conclusion Tecnis MF IOLs for patients with cataract are safe and effective, and can provide better UCNVA and functional vision.
