| 摘 要： | 应用放射自显影技术观察了胃泌素对萎缩性胃炎粘膜细胞动力学的影响。结果表明长期小剂量五肽胃泌素可使胃体部萎缩性胃炎粘膜标记指数下降,但对胃窦部萎缩性胃炎粘膜标记指数无明显影响。提示胃泌素对胃体部萎缩性胃炎可能有一定治疗作用。

| Abstract: | The effect of gastrin on gastric mucosa cytodynamics in atrophic gastritis was studied with autoradiography. The results showed that small dose of pentagastrin can reduce labelling indices in the fundic mucosa. But the same changes were not found in the antral mucosa- It is suggested that pentagastrin may have some beneficial effects on atrophic gastritis in the gastric fundus. |
