睾丸精原细胞瘤的CT诊断

目的探讨睾丸精原细胞瘤的CT特点,以期提高对本病的认识。方法总结分析经手术病理证实的8例精原细胞瘤（其中3例为隐睾合并精原细胞瘤）,对其图像进行回顾性分析.结果5例均表现为单侧睾丸肿块,内见多发小片状低密度坏死灶;3例隐睾合并精原细胞瘤,均位于腹膜后或盆腔腹膜外,肿块长轴与睾丸下行路径一致。结论睾丸精原细胞瘤的CT征象具有相对的特征性,密切结合临床综合分析,对于本病的诊断有重要的价值。

CT diagnosis of testicular seminoma

Objective To study the CT features of testicular seminoma. Methods CT findings of 8 patients with pathologically proved testicular seminoma were collected （include 3 patients with cryptorchidism seminoma）and retrospectively studied. Results 5 cases of the 8 patients Intra-tumorous necrosis or cystic changes were found. 3 cases of cryptorchidism complicated with seminoma ,tumors were found in retroperitoneal space or pelvis, the long axis of the tumors was always consistent with the regular descending course of embryonic testes; Conclusion There were some considerably specific CT signs in the cases of testicular seminoma, closely combined with clinical symptoms,CT examination was an effective imaging modality for diagnosing patients with this disease.
