广西高师学生应对方式与心理健康

摘    要:目的:探讨高师学生在不同情境下通常采用的应对策略,以及不同类型的应对策略对心理健康的影响。方法:运用应对方式问卷和SCL-90症状自评量表,对400名高师生进行调查分析。结果:应对方式的选择与症状各因子呈选择性相关。结论:高师学生已基本形成较成熟的应对方式,但寻求社会支持和帮助不够,消极应对方式使用频率还较高,应对方式的选择与个体的心理健康显著相关。

Abstract:Objective: To study the relationship between coping style and mental health in students of Normal College Method: Coping Style Questionnaire and SCL-90 were applied to 400 students of Normal college Result: Factors in CSQ and factors in SCL-90 had some correlation Conclusion: The coping style of students of Normal college is mature, but lack of seeking help from society and more negative copings are used Coping style is associated with mental health
