某部新兵病毒性肝炎暴发流行

目的 查明新兵中以单项血清转氨酶增高为主要特征的肝损害患者的病因，传播途径和临床特点。方法 对207名2001年人伍新兵进行流行病学调查，血清和粪便进行肝炎病毒标志物检测，肝组织活检以及临床特点分析。结果 根据流行病学调查和临床检测结果，这些病人可排除各种中毒因素，已知肝炎病毒的血清标志物均阴性，均无症状体征，肝组织活检肝细胞普遍肿胀变性，点状坯 煞费苦心，汇管区炎症细胞浸润，一个月内转氨酶升高的新兵占新兵总人数的38.16%，从病人血清和粪便中检TTVDNA。结论 本次肝炎流行可能是由TTV引起的非甲-庚型病毒性肝炎，传播途径可能是TTV污染碗筷引起的消化道传播。

Epidemic outbreak and clinical study of viral hepatitis in recruits of certain troop

Aim To investigate the cause morbid route of transmission and clinical features in patients with injury of liver who were mainly characterized by elevation of serum single transaminase in recruits. Methods Epidemiology was investigated, hepatitis viral markers in sera and feces were tested in 207 recruits enlisted in 2001, clinical features of patients were analysed, and liver biopsy was performanced in part of them. Results Based on epidemiological investigation and clinical detection results, toxic factors were excluded in these patients. Well known sera viral hepatitis markers were negative. No symptoms and signs were found. Result of liver biopsy showed that liver cells were generally swelling and degeneration,spotty necrosis, and inflammatory cell infelaration in portal area. Recruits with elevating transaminase within a month accounted for 38.16% of the total. Conclusions NonA G type hepatitis epidemiogenesis this time may be caused by TTV. The route of transmission may be digestive tract transmission caused by bowls and chopsticks infected by TTV.
