| 摘 要： | 采用深低温停循环下行下腔静脉内肾癌瘤血栓剥除术并同期切除肾肿瘤,可保护心和脑等重要脏器的功能;术野清晰无血,瘤血栓剥除彻底。术后应注意防止肺部并发症,保护肝肾功能。

| Abstract: | Resection of renal cell carcinoma largely extending into venae cava inferior in combination with nephrectomy under profound hypothermia and circulatory arrest can protect the functions of heart, brain and other major organs, with the advantages of a bloodless operation field and thorough surgical removal of tumor thrombus, After operation, we must ward off the complications of lung and protect the hepatic and renal functions. |
