社区护理培训体系的影响因素及策略分析

目的调查社区护理培训的现状,分析社区护理培训体系的影响因素,为进一步完善社区护理培训体系提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方法,对潍坊市55家社区卫生服务中心(站)的197名社区护理人员进行调查。结果认为参加培训的重要性、领导支持程度、培训期间工资发放办法、愿意继续参加社区护理工作、认为社区护理工作得到社会承认、领导对社区护理工作的重视程度、职称满意度、进修或继续教育满意度、劳保满意度、工作的成就感是影响社区护理培训的正相关因素;工作忙碌、工作有压力、家庭消费指数是影响社区护理培训的负相关因素。结论社区护理人员有较强烈的社区护理培训需求,要进一步加强对社区护理培训的认识,加强领导支持程度,将社区护理培训与社区护理人员的工资待遇、职称晋升联系起来,不断完善社区护理培训体系。

Influencing Factors of Improving the Community Nursing Training System and the Strategy Analysis

Objective To investigate the status of community nursing service (CNS) training so as to provide a basis for further improvement of CNS training system.Methods Questionnaire survey was used to investigate 197 nurses of 55 community health service centers(stations)from the Weifang city.Results They believed the following factors were positively correlation factors to CNS training: importance for attending the training course,support from leaders,salary allowance during the training period,willingness to continually join the community nursing work,satisfaction degree to the title,satisfaction degree to advanced study or continues education,satisfaction degree to labor protection and the achieving feeling to the work;while the following were negatively correlation factors: business in work,pressure of work and household consumption index.Conclusion The community nurses have strong needs of community nursing services training Recognition of the community nursing services training should be enhanced,the support power from the leadership should be strengthened,the salary and promotion of title for the nurses need to be correlated with the training,so that the community nursing training system can be constantly improved.
