安体舒通对原发性高血压患者内皮功能的影响

目的本实验旨在探讨安体舒通对原发性高血压内皮功能的影响。方法选择原发性高血压患者40例作为治疗组,每天口服安体舒通治疗6个月,同时选择健康成人32例作为为正常对照组。检测正常对照组和治疗组患者治疗前后内皮功能指标变化,观察患者血压及不良反应。结果与正常对照组相比,原发性高血压患者肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能减退(P<0.05),血清一氧化氮(Nitric oxide,NO)和前列环素(Prostaglandin I2,PGI2)水平降低(P<0.05),内皮素(Endothelin,ET)和血栓素A2(Thromboxan A2,TXA2)水平增加(P<0.05)。经安体舒通治疗后,原发性高血压患者肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能增加(P<0.05),血清NO和PGI2水平升高(P<0.05),ET和TXA2水平降低(P<0.05),降压疗效明显(P<0.05)。结论对于原发性高血压患者,安体舒通可在有效降压的同时,显著改善内皮功能,是理想的降压药物。

The effects of antisterone on endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension

Objective The study is to investigate the effects of antisterone on endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension.Methods Forty cases of patients with essential hypertension were chosen as treatment group and administrated antisterone for 6 months,and 32 cases of healthy adults were chosen as control group.The endothelial function of two groups before and after the treatment was measured.The blood pressure and side effects of two groups were observed.Results Compared with control group,the humeral arterial endothelium-dependent vasodalation of patients with essential hypertension reduced(P<0.05),the serum levels of NO and PGI2 were lower(P <0.05),and the levels of ET and TXA2 were higher(P<0.05).After the treatment,the humeral arterial endothelium-dependent vasodalation of patients with essential hypertension rise(P <0.05),the serum levels ofNO and PGI2 increased(P <0.05 and P <0.05),and the levels of ET and TXA2 decreased(P <0.05 and P <0.05).Antisterone effectively lowered the blood pressure(P <0.05),and had few side effects.Conclusion For treatment of essential hypertension,antisterone can improve endothelial function of patients with essential hypertension,and serve as an ideal anti-hypertensive medicine.
