摘    要:扑米酮及其片剂在浓硫酸、硫酸钾及无水硫酸铜的存在下,消解转化成铵盐,于浓碱下逸出NH_3,可用氨气敏电极测定;在1×10~(-2)~1×10~(-5)M浓度范围内校正曲线呈线性,平均百分回收率为100.2±0.65,变异系数为O.50%;三批商品片测定值均获得与中国药典(1985年版)法接近的结果。本法简便准确,适于某些含氮药物的常规分析。

Abstract:Primidone or its tablets were digested into ammonium salt in the presenceof H_2SO_4, K_2SO_4 and CuSO_4. After alkalization NH_3 was evolved and determinedwith a gas-sensing electrode. The calibration curve revealed linearity in theconcentration range of 1×10~(-2)~1×10~(-5)M. The average recovery was 100.2±0.65(P=0.05), C.V.=0.5%. The results obtained from three commercialbatches were comparable to those from using the assay method in the ChinesePharmacopeia(1985). The developed method, however, is simpler andsuitable for routine analysis. It may also be useful for some other drugs containingnitrogen in chemical structure.
