基于积极心理学的心理健康教育对中学生心理健康的影响

摘    要:目的:比较积极与传统心理干预对中学生心理健康水平的影响。方法:从湛江市两所重点中学的高一高二、初一初二年级随机抽取8个自然班,随机分为干预组与对照组,对干预组进行积极心理干预,对照组进行传统心理干预。结果:干预84周期间,干预组心理健康水平持续上升,对照组干预42周后心理健康水平上升,但43周—84周期间不再有改善。干预84周后干预组和对照组比较心理健康水平差异显著。干预84周后,心理问题检出率干预组与对照组差异显著(P<0.001);心理咨询的回访率,干预组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对于提升中学生的心理健康水平和预防心理疾病,积极心理干预优于传统心理干预。
