| 摘 要： | 丙卡特罗治疗急性上呼吸道感染144例,口服50μg, bid,共6d,总有效率95.8％。不良反应轻微,可耐受。又随机分丙卡特罗组180例,口服25μg, tid,共6d;喷托维林(25mg, po, tid)加阿司米唑(10mg, po, qd,共6d)组168例,结果前组总有效率97.8％优于后组92.3％(P<0.05)。故值得推荐用于临床。

| Abstract: | Procaterol was given orally to 144 patients with upper respiratory tract infections and allergic symptoms at the dosage of 50 ,u g, bid, for 6 d. The total effective rate was 95.8%, and the adverse reactions were mild and well tolerated. Another randomized comparative evaluation was carried out on 180 patients treated with procaterol, po, 25 n g, tid for 6 d compared with 168 patients treated with pentoxyverine 25 mg, po, tid and astemizole 10 mg, po, qd for 6 d. The total effective rates were 97.8%, 92.3%, respectively (P<0. 05). It is suggested to use procaterol in treating patients with upper respiratory tract infections. |
