采用冠状切口整复面中部复杂骨折的研究

目的探讨采用头皮冠状切口整复面中部复杂骨折的适应症及疗效。方法对28例面中部复杂骨折的病人，用冠状切口行骨折直接复位，截骨复位和骨移植术，微型钛板内固定，术后1个月，6个月复查面部外形，开口度和骨折愈合情况。结果采用本术式术后面部外形明显改善，骨折全部愈合，开口度明显改善，总疗效82．1％(23／28)。结论该方法能在直视下使骨折精确复位，坚固固定，疗效肯定。

Study on Coronal Incision for Reconstruction of Complex Midfacial Fractures

Objective To study the indication and effect of coronal incision for reconstruction of complex midfacial fractures. Methods 28 cases with midfacial complex fractures were reviewed. The patients were treated by direct reduction,Osteotory,bone grafting and fixation with Titanium microplate using coronal incision. Esthetic, mouth opening and bone heal were evaluated in a month and six months after surgery. Results The esthetic was improved dramatically. Bones were healed and the mouth opening was increased compared with preoperation. The total success rate was 82.1%(23/28). Conclusion Coronal incision for reconstruction of complex midfacial fracture can expose fragment clearly which helps direct reduction and rigide fixation. The result is satisfactory.
