急性脑梗塞患者血糖水平与临床关系的研究

目的探讨急性脑梗塞患血糖水平与临床的关系。方法根据患入院时的空腹血糖水平随机分为正常血糖组、高血糖A组和高血糖B组，在治疗前、治疗后的第7d和第14d，对神经系统缺损进行评分，并观察血糖、年龄、既往病史积分、并发症积分和临床的关系。结果急性脑梗塞患的血糖水平越高，其并发症和神经系统缺损评分也越高，其临床疗效也越差。结论高血糖增加急性脑梗塞神经系统损伤和并发症，降糖疗法可能会有力地加强急性脑梗塞的临床疗效，而积极预防和治疗高血糖是预防脑梗塞的有力措施之一。

Study on Relationship Between Blood Glucose Level and Clinic in Patients with Acute cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of blood glucose and the clinic in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods The patients were randomly divided into groups by the blood glucose on empty stomach in hospital on the first day:the group of normal blood glucose,the group A of high blood glucose,the group B of high bood glucose.The score of nervous system defects was evaluated before treatment.On the seventh day and on the fourteenth day after treatment,the relationships beween the blood glucose,age,the score of past diseases,the score of complications and the clinic were studied.Results The higher level of blood glucose with acute cerebral infarction patients,the higher score of complications and nervous system defects,and the less clinical effect. Conclusion The high blood glucose improves the nervous system defects and complications of acute cerebral infarction.The therapy of antiglucose may enhance the clinical effect of acute cerebral infarction,the measure of taking positive precaution against high blood glucose and treating it is one of effective methods in preventing acute cerebral infarction.
