舒喘灵加酮替芬治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效观察

目的　观察舒喘灵和酮替芬对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法　 88例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿 ,随机分为两组 ,治疗组 4 3例接受舒喘灵和酮替芬治疗 ,常规对照组 4 5例接受青霉素和急支糖浆治疗 ,治疗 3周 ,观察各组治疗效果。结果　治疗组有效率 ( 93% ) ,明显高于对照组 ( 2 4 .4 % ) ,两组疗效相比有显著性差异( χ2 =39.67,P <0 .0 0 5)。结论　酮替芬和舒喘灵对治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘是行之有效的 ,它们应作为治疗此病的常规药物

Therapeutic Effect of Salbutamol and Ketotifen for Children with Cough Variant Asthma

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Salbutamol and Ketotifen for children patients with cough variant asthma (CVA).Methods 88 cases of CVA were randomly divided into 2 groups. 43 cases were treated by Salbutamol and Ketotifen, and 45 cases were treated by Penicillin and Syrup for acute bronchitis. 3 weeks later,the therapeutic effects were observed.Results The response rate in Salbutamol and Ketotifen group was obviously higher than the Penicillin and Syrup group.There was obvious difference between two groups (X 2=39.67,P<0.005).Conclusion Salbutamol and Ketotifen are effective to treat the children patients with CVA. They should be the routine medicines for this disease.
