| 摘 要： | 目的:为抗感冒非处方药的合理应用提供参考。方法:概述感冒的临床症状及治疗,分析《国家非处方药药品目录》中抗感冒药品的组成(化学药品、中成药),总结非处方药抗感冒应注意的事项。结果:非处方药组方的差异会造成其对不同类型感冒疗效的区别。结论:非处方药抗感冒应根据患者的临床症状进行有针对性的治疗,才能达到预期的效果。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To provide references for the rational use of OTC drugs for common cold.METHODS:The clinical symptoms and treatments of common cold were overviewed;the compositions of OTC drugs for common cold in State OTC Drug Catalog(chemicals and Chinese prepared medicines)were analyzed;and problems in the use of OTC drugs for common cold were summarized as well.RESULTS:The difference in compositions of OTC drugs resulted in different curative effects on common cold of different type.CONCLUSION:To achieve the expectant efficacy,the application of OTC drugs for common cold should be based on patients’specific clinical symptoms. |
