| 摘 要： | 对127例血管迷走性晕厥患进行健康教育，内容包括心理健康教育，寻找病因，消除易患因素，预见性自我护理，晕厥时的皖外处理等，通过l-6年的电话随访，仅有2例患复发，取得满意效果。

| Abstract: | The authors performed health education for patients w ith vasovagal syncope,the methods including psychological health education,explo ration of pathogenesis,elimination of factors causing diseases,prospective self-care and out-hospital treatment at syncope.Through1-6year fellow-up by telephone ,2cases were found to have recurrence,which showed the effect is satisfactory. |
