| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT导引下经皮胸部穿刺活检技术的应用价值。方法对204例患者行CT导引下经皮胸部穿刺活检术进行回顾性分析。结果204例患者共218个病灶行穿刺活检,其中肺癌137例,结核32例,淋巴瘤8例,侵袭性胸腺瘤7例,12例为炎性肉芽肿,另有8例病理未能明确,临床随诊复查。并发症为气胸及肺内出血。结论CT引导下经皮胸部穿刺活检技术是相对安全、易行、确诊率高、有效的诊断方法。
