对老年外科病房陪护人员开展卫生教育的做法与效果

目的探讨老年外科病房陪护人员的卫生教育方法。方法根据老年外科病房的日常护理工作内容、环境和围手术期的临床护理特点，通过集中教育、个别讲解、按时督促等方法进行教育，建立规范的卫生教育工作流程。结果规范了陪护人员的工作行为，提高了其卫生意识和工作主动性，加强了护患之间的良性沟通，有效避免了医院感染和环境污染的发生。结论加强老年外科病房陪护人员的卫生教育，可有效提高临床护理质量，是老年外科病房管理的有效手段。

The practice and effect of hygiene education for the accompanies in gerontological surgery department

Objective To explore tile methods of hygiene education for the accompanies in gerontological surgery department. Methods According to the features of routine nursing Wilt-k, environment and pert -operative nursing care in gerontological surgery department, muhiple means of education such as group education,individual education and regular supervision were used to provide hygiene education for the accmnpanJes based on the established standard work flow for hygiene education. Results This practice standardized the accopanies＇ behaviors,strengthened their hygiene awareness and working enthu- siasm,improved nurse - client communication and ctt~ctively prevented hospital infection and environment contamination. Conclusion Strengthening the hygiene education for the accompanies in gerontological surgery department can effectively improve tile quality of nursing,which is proved to be an effective management method.
