氧自由基对大鼠急性出血坏死性胰腺炎并发脑组织损害的作用

摘    要:目的 探讨大鼠急性出血坏死性胰腺炎(AHNP)过程中,氧自由基对大鼠脑组织的损害作用。方法 通过大鼠胰胆管逆行5%牛磺胆酸钠注射诱发AHNP模型,检测6、12、24h对照组及AHNP组大鼠脑组织PLA2活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及脑系数(BI),同步观察胰腺及脑组织学变化。结果 AHNP组与对照组比较,脑组织PLA2活性、MDA含量及BI增加,SOD活性降低,光镜下脑组织间质及细胞肿胀,髓鞘变性。结论 大鼠AHNP并发脑组织损害;氧自由基(OFR)可能参与脑组织损害的发展过程。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of oxygen free redical rats with on experimental rats with acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis(AHNP) with the damage of the brain tissue.Methods The rats were randomly divided into two groups:control group and AHNP group.AHNP with damage of the brain tissue was induced by retrograde injection of 5% sodium taurocholate into the common choledocho-pancreatic duct.Phospholipid enzyme A 2(PLA 2),Malondialdenhyde(MDA),scavengers superoxidedismutase(SOD) of the brain tissue and brain index(BI) were examined in control group and AHNP group.Results PLA 2,MDA and BI were increased and SOD was decreased in the brain tissue of AHNP group.Conclusion The experimental model of AHNP with damage of the brain tissue is ideal.PLA 2 and oxygen free redicals(OFR) participate in the occurrence and development of the brain tissue damage of AHNP.
