| Abstract: | A series of pyrimidyl-5-hydroxamic acids was prepared for evaluation as inhibitors of histone deacetylase (HDAC). Amino-2-pyrimidinyl can be used as a linker to provide HDAC inhibitors of good enzymatic potency. |
