| 摘 要： | 目的:评价我院抗酸药及消化性溃疡药的利用情况与趋势。方法:对我院门诊2004~2006年抗酸药及消化性溃疡药的种类、用量、销售金额、用药频度等进行统计、分析。结果:3年中抗酸药及消化性溃疡药销售金额排序与用药频度排序基本同步,胃酸分泌抑制剂应用最广。结论:我院抗酸药及消化性溃疡药应用基本合理,H2受体拮抗药、质子泵抑制剂应用前景广阔。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the current situation and the developmental trend of the application of antiacids and antiulcer drugs in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital.METHODS:Antiacid and antiulcer drugs used in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital during 2004～2006 were analyzed statistically in terms of drug varieties,consumption quantity,consumption sum and DDDs etc.RESULTS:Over the 3 years,the consumption sum sequence and DDDs sequence of antiacids and antiulcer drugs remained almost synchronous.And gastric acid secretion inhibitors were most widely used.CONCLUSION:Clinical application of antiacids and antiulcer drugs in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital is rational on the whole,and the prospect for the use of H2-receptor inhibitors and proton pump inhibitors is promising. |
