| 摘 要： | 目的探讨前交通动脉瘤与大脑前动脉水平段(A1段)优势血流的关系.方法回顾性分析186例数字减影全脑血管造影表现和临床资料.结果 55例前交通动脉瘤患者有34例呈A1优势;34例呈A1优势者中33例前交通动脉瘤发生在A1优势侧,有1例发生在A1优势对侧.结论前交通动脉瘤多发生在A1优势侧.因此,前交通动脉瘤的形成与Willis前环的血流动力学变化有直接的关系.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relation of aneurysms of anterior communicating artery(ACOAA)and dominant blood flow of horizontal segment of anterior cerebral artery (DBF of A1).Methods All cerebral DSA finding with their clinical manifestion in 186 cases were retrospectively analyzed.Results In the 55 cases who had ACOAA,34 cases had the DBF of A1.Thirty-three of these 34 cases of ACOAA were found in the same side of that having the DBF of A1,only one cases in another side.Conclusion The ACOAA occurs commonly in the same side of that having the DBF of A1.So the development of cerebral aneurysms on anterior communicating segment is related directly with the hemodynamic changes of the anterior circle of Willis. |
