内分泌科实施护士层级管理模式的效果评价

目的:探讨护士层级管理模式对护理质量的影响。方法:内分泌科实施层级管理前采用传统的管理模式,2010年1月在护理部的倡导下内分泌科根据《专业护士核心能力建设指南》,结合实际,制定了N0～N3级的《内分泌护士培训手册》进行培训、考核、分层级管理,7月开始实施层级管理模式,实施6个月后评价效果。结果:患者对护士工作满意度、健康教育知晓率在实施前后有统计学意义(P<0.05),各项护理质量指标在实施层级管理模式后显著优于实施前(均P<0.05)。结论:实施层级管理模式能提高护理质量,提高患者的满意度,确保护理质量的安全、有效,值得推广。

The effect of hierarchy management model on the department of endocrinology.

Objective：To investigate the effect of hierarchy management model on nursing quality.Methods： The department of endocrinology in our hospital has the traditional management pattern before the hierarchy management model was put into force.Concrete the department of endocrinology＇s conditions,we establish ＂nurse training manual in endocrinology＂ on the basis of＂the guidelines of construction in core competencies to professional nurse＂ on 2010 January.After the nurses were hierar-chized,traned and examined,we put the hierarchy management model into force on July.We evaluated the effect after six months.Results：The satisfaction of nursing and the status of health education＇s awareness were increased in patients（P0.05）.The nursing quality was improved after the hierarchy management model was put into force（P0.05）.Conclusion： It is worth promoting because the hierarchy management model can improve the nursing quality and increase the satisfaction of patients.
