中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效观察及护理

目的:探讨运用中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效及护理方法。方法:将36例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者随机分为观察组及对照组各18例,对照组采用西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,以中药内服和中药外治为主,并给予相应的护理。比较两组患者并发症发生情况及治疗有效率。结果:观察组治疗有效率为94.44%,对照组为66.67%;观察组并发症的发生率为11.11%,对照组为44.44%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:运用中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成,同时配合做好护理工作,能有效减少并发症的发生,提高疗效。

Clinical observation and care of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of deep vein thrombosis

To explore the use of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of deep vein thrombosis curative effect and nursing methods. Methods ：36 cases of deep vein thrombosis patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group, using every 18 cases of western medicine therapy, the observation group in the control group, and on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine, and to give priority to, and the correspond- ing nursing. Compare the two groups of patients, two groups of patients, complications, and treatment. Results：The observation group therapy for 94.44% , 66.67%, The incidence of complications of the observation group and 44.44% 11.11%, two groups of comparisons, a statistically significant difference （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion：The use of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of deep vein thrombosis, and coordinate with nursing work ,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, enhance the curative effect.
