糖尿病性视网膜病变患者行玻璃体切除术的护理观察

目的:探讨玻璃体切除术治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的有效护理方法。方法:将我院2008年1月～2010年10月收治的84例(86眼)糖尿病性视网膜病变行玻璃体切除术治疗的患者随机分为干预组和对照组。两组患者均按玻璃体切除术后常规护理进行临床观察和护理,干预组在此基础上实施综合护理干预,内容包括术前体位练习、饮食护理、心理护理,术后体位护理、并发症观察及预防、健康教育。比较两组患者术后恢复情况及术后并发症的发生情况。结果:干预组实施综合护理干预后,患者术后视力恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05),改善率达65%;同时并发症明显减少,眼内压、出血、感染三项指标均低于对照组,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:糖尿病性视网膜病变行玻璃体切除术治疗的患者采取有效的综合护理干预,有利于患者术后视力的恢复,减少并发症的发生。

Nursing observation of vitrectomy in patients with diabetic retinopathy

Objective： To investigate the treatment of vitrectomy in patients with diabetic retinopathy and effective methods of care.Methods： 84 patients（86 eyes） with diabetic retinopathy vitrectomy surgery were randomly divided into intervention group and control group patients after vitrectomy according to routine clinical care observation and care.On this basis,the intervention group the implementation of integrated care interventions,including preoperative postural exercises,diet care,psychological care,nursing position after operation,complications,observation and prevention,health education.Results： The implementation of the comprehensive nursing intervention measures,the recovery of postoperative visual acuity was significantly higher（P0.05）,improvement rate was 65%.Also significantly reduced complications（P0.05）,intraocular pressure,bleeding,infection,three were lower than the control group,all P0.05,statistically significant difference.Conclusion： Diabetic retinopathy vitrectomy surgery for patients to take effective and comprehensive care interventions conducive to the recovery of visual acuity in patients after surgery and reduce complications.
