| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨健康教育及护理对曼月乐治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果.方法:对我院治疗的25例功能失调性子宫出血患者给予曼月乐宫腔置入,并对其进行健康教育及护理,比较干预前后经血量、血红蛋白、B超测量子宫内膜厚度的变化,并应用焦虑量表对患者进行评分.结果:放置曼月乐环6个月后,患者月经量明显减少,血红蛋白恢复正常,与干预前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);子宫内膜厚度变簿,与放置前差异有显著性(P<0.01).患者干预后焦虑评分明显低于干预前,两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:健康教育及护理可减轻曼月乐治疗功能失调性子宫出血患者的心理焦虑,增加对疾病的认识,提高患者生活质量及满意度.

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the clinical effect of health education and nursing in the dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients performed with Mirena treatment.Methods： We performed health education and nursing in the 25 dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients with home devices,and compared the menstrual blood,hemoglobin,B-measured endometrial thickness and anxious scores before and after intervention.Results： The menstrual blood,hemoglobin,endometrial thickness and anxiety scores were significant difference（P0.01） between before and after 6 months intervention.Conclusion：Health education and nursing decrease the anxious emotion,increase the knowledge of the disease and improve the quality of life of the patients. |
