哮喘患儿母亲的人格与心理特征及护理干预

目的:了解哮喘患儿母亲的人格特征及心理症状,为采取针对性的护理措施提供有利依据。方法:采用成人艾森克个性测试及SCL-90问卷对63例哮喘患儿的母亲及63例正常儿童的母亲进行面对面的问卷调查,采用t检验对哮喘患儿母亲及正常儿童母亲进行比较,找出差异。结果:哮喘患儿母亲与正常儿童母亲的人格在精神质、内外向和神经质上有显著性差异(P<0.05);哮喘患儿母亲与正常儿童母亲的SCL-90在总均分、躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、其他等方面均有显著性差异(P<0.05),其得分均高于正常儿童的母亲。结论:哮喘患儿母亲的个性特征和心理症状相对于正常儿童母亲存在严重的心理问题,哮喘患儿反复发作及迁延不愈的病情对母亲身心影响很大,母亲更需要相应的心理护理干预。

Analysis the personality and psychological characteristics of asthmatic children's mothers and nursing intervention

Objective：To understand the personality characteristics and psychological symptoms of mothers of asthmatic children,and provide a favorable basis for taking appropriate nursing measures.Methods： 63 mothers of asthmatic children and 63 mothers of normal children were investigated by using Adult Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ） and Symptom Checklist（SCL-90） by personal interview,and then T tests on the mothers of asthmatic children compared to mothers of normal children were used to identify differences.Results： On pschoticism,extraversion and neuroticism of personality had significant differences（P0.05） between mothers of asthmatic children and mothers of normal children.In SCL-90,on the total sharing,somatization,forced symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility and others had significant difference（P0.05） between mothers of asthmatic children and mothers of normal children,their scores were higher than mothers of normal children.Conclusion： The personality characteristics and psychological symptoms of mothers of asthmatic children had serious problems compared to mothers of normal children,asthmatic children with recurrent and persistent unhealed illness had a great impact on the mother＇s body and mind,and mothers need psychological nursing intervention more accordingly.
