| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨慢性皮肤溃疡的最佳护理方法,总结护理体会。方法:选择我科门诊收治的100例慢性皮肤溃疡患者,均给予氦氖激光照射联合拔毒生肌膏治疗。随机分为两组:对照组和观察组各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组治愈率、总有效率(76%,90%)明显高于对照组(48%,74.0%),P<0.05;观察组治愈时间比对照组明显缩短(t=20.88,P<0.05)。结论:综合护理有助于提高慢性皮肤溃疡的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the best nursing method for chronic skin ulser and summarize nursing exoerience.Methods：100 cases of patients with chronic skin ulser in our department received He-Ne laser irradiation and drawing toxicity birth muscle extract for three months.They were divided randomly into two groups：control group and observation group.Each group had 50 cases.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group received comprehensive nursing.The curative effect was compared between two groups.Results：The cure rate and total effective rate of observation group（76%,90%） was much better than that of control group（48 %,74.0%）（P0.05）.The cure time of observation group was shorter than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing has contributed to enhancing the effect of patients with chronic skin ulser. |
