肌腱瓣成形术修复闭合性跟腱断裂26例的护理体会

目的:总结肌腱瓣成形术修复闭合性跟腱断裂患者的护理体会。方法:回顾性分析26例闭合性跟腱断裂手术患者的护理资料。结果:经治疗及护理2,6例均痊愈出院。术后随访8～12个月,平均9个月,按Arner-Lindholm疗效评定标准,优17例,良8例,差1例,优良率为96.15%。结论:加强闭合性跟腱断裂术后康复护理及功能锻炼,有利于促进踝关节功能恢复,防止并发症的发生。

Nursing experience of 26 patients with closed rupture of achilles tendon after muscle tendon repair operation

Objective：To Summary the nursing experience of patients with closed rupture of achilles tendon after muscle tendon repair operation.Methods：Retrospective analysis the nursing of 26 cases with closed rupture of achilles tendon after operation.Results：After treatment and nursing,26 cases were cured and discharged from hospital.All cases were followed up.Mean follow-up time was 9 months（range 8-12 months）.According to the Arner-Lindholm criteria for curative results,17 cases had excellent results,8 cases had good results,and only 1 cases had poor results,with the excellent and good rate being 96.15%.Conclusion：It is necessary to enhance post-operrative rehabilitation care and functional exercise of closed rupture of achilles tendon,which may promote functional recovery of ankle joint,and prevent the occurrence of complications.
