| 摘 要： | 目的:通过分析内科护士的基本技能对护理安全的影响,找出工作中的不安全因素,为确保护理安全提供依据。方法:使用自行设计问卷调查内科所属7个专科的临床护理人员100名,用SPSS 11.0统计学软件对数据进行分析处理。结果:单项均值最高4.7分,最低2.3分。换算为百分制,最高分88分,最低分60分,平均(75.20±6.31)分。部分项目存在护龄、学历、职称、岗位的差异。结论:内科护士在药物使用、输血和标本采集、护理文件记录、导管护理、病情观察等5个方面均存在不同程度的安全问题。

| Abstract: | Objective：To analyze the influence of basic skill of medical nurse on nursing safety and find out the unsafe factors in working,to provide the basis on ensure nursing safety.Methods：100 nurses in 7departments of medical were investigated by self design questionnaire,to analyze the states with SPSS11.0 statistical software.Results：The highest monomial score was 4.7（with hundred mark system the score was 88）,and the lowest score was 2.3.（with hundred mark system the score was 60）,the average socre was（75.2±6.31）.There was difference among working time,academic,professional title and working post.Conclusion：There was difference degree safe questions of medical nurse on five aspects：drug use,blood transfusion and collection of specimens,nursing file record,conduit nursing and illness conditon observation,and so on. |
