对社区孕妇进行产前健康教育的效果观察

目的:探讨产前健康教育对社区孕妇分娩结果的影响。方法:选取已妊娠16周在我院产检、分娩的孕妇,随机分为两组,观察组500例实施产前健康教育,对照组500例给予常规围产期保健。观察和比较两组孕妇分娩方式、产程时间、产后出血、新生儿窒息率等。结果:观察组自然分娩率高,产程短,产后出血率,新生儿窒息率低,与对照组相比,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:产前健康教育对可以提高社区孕妇顺产率,减少剖宫产,缩短产程,减少产后出血,降低新生儿窒息率。

The effect of prenatal health education to community pregnant women

Objective： To observe the effect of prenatal health education for community pregnant women.Methods：Select the pregnant women 16 weeks of pregnancy in the hospital check and giving birth and randomcy divided into two groups,observation group 500 cases were carry out health education;control group 500 cases were given normal peri-delivery health.Then to observe and compare the two groups of pregnant women,delivery mode,delivery process,postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia rate.Results：Observation group natural delivery rate high,short of labor,postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia low,compared with the control group,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Prenatal health education can improve the community pregnant women natural delivery rate,reduce the cesarean section,shorten labor,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia.
