精神科护士分层管理的效果评价

目的:探讨护士分层次管理在精神科应用效果。方法:选择我院四个封闭病房全体护士为观察对象,2008年3月～2009年2月采用传统管理方法2,009年3月～2010年2月采用护士分层级管理。比较护士分层管理前后病人满意度及护理工作质量考核情况。结果:实施护士分层管理后病人在基础护理、健康教育及专科护理三个方面8个项目满意度明显提高(P<0.01),且护理工作质量考核成绩明显高于实施前(P<0.001)。结论:实行护士分层管理,提高了病人满意度及护理工作质量。

An assessment on the effects of stratified nurse management in psychiatric department

Objective： To probe the practical effects of stratified management in psychiatric department.Methods：Comparing patients,satisfaction extent and nursing quality examination before and after adopting stratified nurse management by selecting all the nurses of the four isolated wards of our hospital as subjects,on whom traditional management was adopted through March in 2008 to March in 2009,while stratified management was applied through March 2009 to March 2010.Results：The patients＇ satisfaction extent in the eight items and three aspects including basic nursing,health education and specialty nursing was significantly elevated after application of stratified management（P0.01）and so did nursing quality examination（P0.001）.Conclusion：Stratified management would raise patients,satisfaction extent and nursing quality,take the nurse initiative and make their progress.
