| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对癫痫患者治疗依从性的临床效果.方法:选择在我院进行治疗的癫痫患者68例,随机分为护理干预组和对照组,观察护理干预对提高治疗依从性的效果.结果:护理干预后,癫痫患者经护理干预后,患者的依从性有了很大提高,完全依从患者从38.24%增加到73.53%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:护理干预对提高癫痫患者的依从性具有很重要的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the nursing intervention on epileptic patients the clinical effect of treatment compliance.Methods： A hospital in 68 patients in our hospital with epilepsy were randomly divided into two groups,one group nursing intervention group and the other was the control group to study nursing intervention to improve compliance with treatment effect.Results： After nursing intervention,nursing intervention by patients with epilepsy,the patient＇s compliance has been greatly improved,fully compliant patients was increased from 38.24% to 73.53%,significantly higher than without the nursing intervention in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion： The nursing intervention to improve compliance in patients with epilepsy have a very important role. |
