80例老年慢性心力衰竭患者实施系统护理干预与再住院率关系的研究

目的:探讨慢性心力衰竭患者实施系统护理干预与降低再住院率的关系。方法:将2008年5月～2010年5月收治的80例老年慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分成干预组和对照组各40例。对照组患者住院期间进行慢性心力衰竭常规护理,出院时按医嘱进行出院宣教。干预组患者在此基础上采用系统的护理干预方法。观察比较两组患者干预前后生活质量、B型脑钠肽(BNP)水平和左室射血分数(LVEF)以及再住院率等情况。结果:系统护理干预1个月效果显著,干预组患者生活质量明显高于对照组,干预组患者BNP水平较对照组有所降低,LVEF值较对照组增加,干预组患者3个月内的再住院率明显低于对照组。结论:系统的护理干预,可提高患者对疾病知识的掌握程度,改善生活质量,减少再住

Study on the relationship between implementation system nursing intervention and hospitalization rates in 80 patients with chronic heart failure

Objective：Discussion the relationship between system nursing intervention and reduce readmission with chron heart failure patient. Methods：80 patients from May 2008 - May 2010 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group ,40 patients in each group. The control group given nor- mal nursing,and the intervention group given system nursing intervention. The two groups were observed and compared the quality of life of patients before and ＇after intervention, BNP levels and the left ventricular systolic function （LVEF）, and the readmission rate, etc. Results：There was remarkable effect after implement system nursing intervention 1 month,the quality of life in the intervention group was significantly higher in patients, BNP levels in patients with the intervention group than the control group decreased,the value of the intervention group than the control group increased LVEF,intervention group were 3 months readmission rate was significantly lower than control group. Conclusion ： Systemic nursing intervention can improve patient knowledge levels of dis ease,and improve quality of life and reduce the readmission rate.
