妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖控制与护理干预

目的:探讨糖尿病护理干预和胰岛素泵使用对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇巨大儿出生率的影响。方法:将200例妊娠期糖尿病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各100例,干预组采用针对性护理干预,包括糖尿病疾病保健、心理护理、饮食控制、药物治疗、适当运动、自我管理及胰岛素泵治疗等;对照组采用常规护理。比较干预组护理干预前后(2个月)血糖指标及两组巨大儿出生率情况。结果:2个月后干预组孕妇血糖指标明显降低,巨大儿出生率比对照组明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:有效的糖尿病护理干预能有效控制妊娠糖尿病患者血糖,并降低其巨大儿出生率。

Blood sugar control and nursing intervention for pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus

Objective ： To investigate the effect of nursing intervention and care on the incidence of macrosoruia among pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods： Two hundred patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the interventional group （100 cases） and the control group （ 100 cases）. The interventional group was treated with nursing intervention（including diabetic care, psychiatric nursing, diet control, medication, appropriate exercise, self - management and insulin pump therapy） , the control group did not receive any of these treatments. The blood sugar tWO months ＇after the nursing intervention and the incidence of macrosomia were compared. Results ： Compared with the control group, the blood sugar was significantly lowered two months ＇after nursing; intervention arid the incidence of macrosomia was greatly reduced in the interventional group, with a statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Diabetic education and care can be effective in controlling the blood sugar in pregnant women with gestatiorval diabetes mellitus anti decrcasing the incidence of macrosomia.
