| 摘 要： | 目的:调查分析高血压合并高尿酸血症或痛风的老年患者经护理干预后对高尿酸血症和痛风知识的知晓情况及其对治疗依从性的改善情况。方法:选择2008年6月～2009年5月在本科住院的高血压合并高尿酸血症或痛风的老年患者112例,调查其对高尿酸血症和痛风疾病的认知情况及对治疗的依从情况,然后给予护理干预,记录干预前后患者对疾病知识知晓情况和对治疗依从情况,以及综合治疗前后血压和血尿酸水平。结果:护理干预后,患者对高尿酸血症和痛风知识的知晓率、治疗的依从性均高于干预前(P<0.01);干预后患者血压、血尿酸显著低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:通过护理干预,患者对高尿酸血症和痛风的认知程度普遍提高,因此对治疗的依从性也普遍得到提高,降低了血压和血尿酸,表明护理干预在高血压合并高尿酸血症或痛风患者的治疗中具有重要作用。
